These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Weanie mobile application (“App”) operated by Weanie Pty Limited. By downloading or using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our App, you accept these Terms and confirm you are at least 16 years old or have parental consent if younger.
2. Use of the App
The App provides tools to assist users in reducing their smoking or vaping habits. This information is not intended as medical advice, and users are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional.
You may only use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including software, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Weanie Pty Limited or our licensors and is protected under Australian and international copyright laws.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our App is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or effective in achieving the desired results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Weanie Pty Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription Plans: Weanie offers a subscription plans that grant access to the app. By signing up, you agree to pay the fees for the selected plan, billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
Free Trial: We offer free trial periods on subscription plans, allowing you to explore the app before subscribing. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your device settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and we do not provide refunds for unused portions.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests should be directed to the App Store or Google Play as per their policies.
Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to change our fees or introduce new ones at any time. You will be notified of any fee changes, and may cancel before the new fees are applied.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
10. International Users
Users outside Australia acknowledge that they are using the App at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
11. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes through the App.
